Customer Engagement Representative
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Engagement Representative.
This role involves managing customer interactions through multiple channels, including phone calls, online messaging/chat, text, and emails. As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Manage high-volume customer contacts in a timely and efficient manner
- Utilize company tools and equipment to facilitate customer interactions
- Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Follow up on open leads and opportunities
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary
- Adhere to all prompts and scripts to ensure consistency and quality
- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
- High school diploma or equivalent required
