Job Summary:
Seeking an accomplished Senior CRM Analyst to spearhead the development and implementation of our CRM strategy, ensuring a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, along with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crm Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and monitor the crm strategy, ensuring an integrated and consistent journey across channels (physical stores, e-commerce, digital).
- Email Marketing And Automation: Structure and manage email marketing, SMS, push notification, and crm automation campaigns.
- Customer Segmentation And Management: Create and support customer base segmentation and management, ensuring data quality and strategic insights.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor crm performance KPIs (engagement, open rate, conversion, LTV, churn, etc.).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with paid media, trade, branding teams to align communication across all digital channels.
- Data Analysis: Support bi team in analyzing customer behavior and developing dashboards.
- Tech Evaluation: Evaluate new technologies, tools, trends in crm digital marketing.
- Test And Optimization: Conduct ab tests implement best practices optimize campaign performance ROI.
- Activation And Engagement: Develop activations different clusters strengthen customer relationships engagement brand.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing business administration communications related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience with crm experience luxury market plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in crm platforms (salesforce oracle adobe rd station power bi similar); experience marketing automation email/sms/push delivery tools; strong analytical skills advanced knowledge excel google analytics/ga4; experience customer base segmentation campaign personalization.
- Languages: Advanced/fluent english.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills collaborative mindset ability manage multiple projects.
