Training and Quality Process Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Training & Quality Analyst. This position requires expertise in training, quality assurance, and process management.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to document and improve processes, and have a critical eye for detail. They will be responsible for onboarding and coaching new hires, monitoring QA performance, and identifying improvement opportunities through data and feedback.

This role will also involve preparing support materials, leading continuous training efforts, and ensuring alignment with global teams. The successful candidate will possess a high level of proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Sheets and Slides, and have experience in training and development, QA monitoring and evaluation, and process and flowchart design.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and coach new hires to ensure they can perform their duties effectively
  • Conduct weekly quality evaluations with team members to track performance
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide insights and feedback to leadership
  • Develop and implement training plans to update operations and improve performance
  • Prepare guidelines and reports to monitor progress
  • Document and maintain processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Participate in global alignment meetings to review and negotiate processes
  • Provide daily support to team members on their tasks

Requirements:

  • Advanced English language skills (conversation and writing)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets and Slides)
  • Experience in training and development
  • Experience in QA monitoring and evaluation
  • Experience in process and flowchart design
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
