About the Role

This senior-level position involves spearheading new customer engagement initiatives across diverse submarkets within the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) industry as a Sales Director.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in business development and client relations, specifically related to A&D products, coupled with an extensive network within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and identify key mobilizers.
  • Investigate potential new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop new accounts in the North American region.
  • Acquire competitive intelligence and integrate insights into our unique market strengths.
  • Create opportunities to provide a distinctive perspective during commercial conversations.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of customers' businesses, encompassing current macro and microeconomic trends, industry developments, and potential new business opportunities.
  • Engage customers by thoughtfully linking their business priorities to our value proposition.
  • Oversee the overall customer relationship process while supporting business development in planning and executing account strategies, tactics, and selling propositions.
  • Act as a dedicated customer advocate to ensure the organization remains customer-centric.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and client relations specifically related to A&D products.
  • A robust network within the A&D industry is mandatory.
