
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support TurboTax customers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically, and demonstrate the ability to understand customer needs.
No specific accounting background is required; enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding TurboTax products and tax return software.
- Provide assistance with downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing and filing.
- Offer friendly, patient support and resolve issues on live calls.
Key Responsibilities
The representative will be responsible for:
- Delivering top-notch customer service through live calls and other communication channels.
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
