Cybersecurity Manager

Seeking a highly collaborative and proactive Communications and Awareness Manager to support Cybersecurity organization. This position would be part of the Cybersecurity Communications, Training and Awareness team.

The role will involve developing and executing internal communications strategies that align security messaging with business objectives and drives awareness of ISRM across the organization.

Key responsibilities include working with ISRM product owners and program managers to support prioritized change management initiatives, shaping communications strategies and executing to optimize the adoption and effectiveness of security measures.

  • Develop strategic communications plans that enhance coordination and clarity across the organization.
  • Implement initiatives that encourage employee participation and understanding of cybersecurity practices.

An ideal candidate will have a bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field, with minimum 5 years' experience in Communications, Business and Marketing and Change Management in Healthcare and Technology.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Communications, Business and Marketing and Change Management in Healthcare and Technology.
  • Proven track record in strategic communications, change management, and development of programs to enhance employee culture.
