Position Overview:

The Clinical Operations Team Leader plays a pivotal role in managing clinical activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and effective delegation of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of forecast estimates for clinical operations.
  • Oversee clinical resource management and identify additional resource needs.
Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in clinical operations.
  • Experience in Phase I and/or CGT is advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with a focus on mentoring and team integration.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities in a multicultural environment.
  • Thorough understanding of clinical monitoring practices and change management principles.
  • Proficient in risk management and decision-making processes.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to assess team workload against project budgets and adjust resources as necessary.
  • Strong financial acumen with knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations such as ICH/GCP and FDA guidelines.
  • Proficient in using standard office software and automated systems.
  • Capable of independently leading clinical studies.
