User Experience Optimization Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing the user experience and tackling customer pain points head-on. You will work closely with various teams to configure customer-facing systems, investigate user challenges, and implement data-driven solutions to reduce customer effort.
Key Responsibilities:- System Configuration: Configure and optimize customer-facing systems for improved end-user experience.
- User Investigation: Investigate and identify user pain points within our Help Center using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Solution Implementation: Propose and implement innovative solutions to address identified user issues, focusing on usability and clarity.
- Process Analysis: Analyze customer effort metrics and implement actions to streamline processes and reduce friction for users.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and solution translation.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with problem-solving passion and user experience improvement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for articulating complex issues and solutions.
- Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
