Requirements:
">The following skills and qualifications are required:

- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.">
- Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).">
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work, including a website or other link to your designs.">
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.">
- Ability to balance multiple projects and collaborate effectively as part of a team.">
- Excellent visual design, communication, and collaboration skills.">
