UX Design Specialist Role Overview

As a UX Designer at our company, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and usability.

Job Responsibilities:
- Frame and solve complex design challenges that require innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Analyze user research, competitive analysis, and feedback to distill user-centered design goals that meet business objectives and end-user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for usability and accessibility in product development.
- Use low-fidelity wireframes and visual representations to determine how users interact with products in an emotional and resonant manner.
- Develop prototypes for testing and gather user feedback to inform product decisions and mitigate risk.
- Organize, label, and structure content in a way that is understandable for users to facilitate information discovery and task completion.
- Ensure all project UX/UI documents are updated and properly stored.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to evaluate user and business requirements and ensure successful delivery for clients.

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant design experience
- Experience with Miro or other whiteboard tools
- Proficiency in Figma and Photo editing software
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Embodies and executes core principles and foundations of design

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS design capabilities
- Experience with video editing software
