Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Taxation Specialist to lead indirect tax compliance and advisory functions across the Latin American region for our commercial, manufacturing and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Latin American indirect taxes such as Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other consumption-based taxes across the Americas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper handling of direct taxes.
  • Integrate new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and set up new products within the system.
  • Create and validate tax services for purchase orders.
  • Analyze Transactional Entry System (TES) codes for specific transactions.
  • Assist with tax aspects of new Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) registrations.
  • Validate tax services for purchase orders.
  • Provide information related to tax payments in partnership with third-party advisors.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in tax compliance and reporting.
  • Strong technical knowledge and industry experience.
  • Able to navigate complex supply chains, cross-border transactions, and tax rules impacting product and service flows.
