Responsibilities:- Provide strategic legal guidance to all levels of the organization, including tax, HR, operations, sales & marketing, finance, engineering, and business development teams.
- Draft and negotiate complex contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for risk management, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Law degree from a recognized institution;
- 5-8 years of experience as a licensed attorney, preferably in a corporate legal department or top-tier law firm;
- Proven track record of providing expert legal advice and negotiating complex agreements;
- Excellent knowledge of Brazilian civil code, labor law, and tax law, as well as collective bargaining agreements;
- Experience in contract lifecycle management software;
- Post-graduate degree in contracts, public law, or tax law;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
