This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead our Regional Sales team in Latin America. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the region through strategic sales initiatives and by building strong relationships with local accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within the hospitality industry, preferably in regional or multi-property roles. They will possess excellent leadership capabilities, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.

About the Role- Drive revenue growth across Latin America through strategic sales initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local accounts
- Lead and inspire high-performing sales teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry
- Proven experience managing sales strategies across multiple countries in LATAM
- Advanced proficiency in English and local language (Spanish and/or Portuguese)
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
