Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a team of mechanics in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of agricultural equipment, including JD tractors, harvesters, and implements.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards, meeting the needs of our clients.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Red Seal Certificate or equivalent qualification advantageous.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a workshop environment.
- Proven experience with repairing and maintaining agricultural equipment.
- Agricultural background or experience preferred.
- Excellent administrative and communication skills.
- Strong management skills, with excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Strong team building and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver's license.
