Software Backend Architect

Our company is looking for a professional to join our team as a Backend Developer Specialist. This role involves contributing to the design and development of scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with designing, building, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that align with business objectives.
The successful candidate will participate in Agile delivery processes and ensure that technology solutions are aligned with business outcomes. They will also be responsible for implementing robust monitoring, alerting, and testing strategies to ensure high levels of system reliability and performance.
Key qualifications include a solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud computing. The candidate should also have strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking an individual with a deep understanding of Java and its ecosystem, including Spring Boot and related frameworks. The candidate should also have experience with agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
The successful candidate will be able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They will also be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Additionally, the candidate should have experience with SWIFT message standards (MX, MT) and fluency in English. Strong soft skills, including adaptability, teamwork, and time management, are also essential for this role.
