Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Analyst to join our team at Averis. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for non-SAP systems
  • Collaborate with the global team to ensure alignment with defined systems architecture guidelines
  • Design and implement technical solutions for medium to high complexity projects
  • Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in application support, with a focus on.Net technologies (C#, ASP.Net)
  • Experience in supporting SAP and non-SAP systems, with a strong understanding of system architecture and design
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in English, with intermediate level or higher
  • Experience with project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and control
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with forestry systems, such as SGF or Sistema Gerenciamento de Floresta
  • Knowledge of PMBOK and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with ITIL and ServiceNow or Nexus
