Product Development Leader

Craft Your Career by leading product development teams in creating high-quality and innovative products that meet strategic and financial goals.

  • Drive regional product development teams to craft impactful solutions.
  • Identify new trends in technology and regional markets, investing resources to maintain leadership in the industry.
  • Develop processes for consistent product development, managing opportunity and risk appropriately.
  • Support and execute IP strategy, capturing and defending intellectual property through patents.
  • Act as a responsible leader for all technical matters in the region, defining and managing product development CAPEX needs.
  • Prioritize global and regional projects, assigning and leveraging resources effectively.
  • Technically drive and mentor must-win product development projects.
  • Ensure timely development, scale-up, and launch of products to meet business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduation in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, or similar field is required.
  • PHD/Masters preferred, but not necessary.
  • Senior/Head experience in product development at chemical industry required.
  • Fluent English mandatory, Spanish desirable.
  • Understanding of experiments is essential.
  • People management experience is crucial.
  • Agility, ownership, autonomy, and decision-making skills are highly valued.
  • Business acumen and innovation driver are key qualities.
