About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a leading global technology distributor while embodying our Shared Values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on platforms such as GUPY, Phenom, and LinkedIn, and manage job panels;
- Support the screening of resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments;
- Help facilitate initial screenings and communicate with candidates;
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and related documentation;
- Assist in preparing offer letters;
- Contribute to organizing and supporting recruitment events and career fairs;
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Advanced proficiency in English and/or Spanish is desirable;
Additional Information:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM.
