As a Tax Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with all tax and legal obligations. This involves collaborating closely with multiple teams to guarantee the organization's adherence to current and future tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the company is compliant with all tax and legal obligations
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax filings, including VAT returns and income tax returns
  • Maintain a tax compliance tracker to ensure timely filings of all obligations
  • Review agreements/contracts to ensure they are properly reported
  • Support the monthly close process and ensure assigned tasks are completed promptly
  • Support financial statement audit with preparation of workpapers, audit report and communication with management as needed
  • Research and analyze the impact of current and new tax regulations
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of internal controls
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Finance teams

Requirements include a degree in accounting, law or administration, 5+ years of progressive consultancy, accounting, tax, or audit experience, and proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
