Job Description

The Senior Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in overseeing the market success of ServiceNow's products. These products are built on our market-leading Service Management platform and provide a single source of truth for enterprise processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution
  • Providing input to Account Executives during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendations
  • Ensuring recommendations to territory strategy and account planning are aligned with Now Value principles
  • Supporting customers in envisioning the value of digital transformation and developing strategies by partnering with the rest of the account team, customer, and partners
  • Interlocking with Sales Consultants and Specialists on Capability Roadmaps for feedback and agreement and team-based on engagement models
  • C Coaching Account Executives, Account Development Representatives, and Customer Engagement teams on foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify specialty solution opportunities and manage sales cycles
  • Customizing time allocation of responsibilities to meet the needs of the territory and account team, celebrating successes along the way
  • Championing diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment
