Hoy buscamos un especialista en marketing estratégico digital para sumarse al equipo.
Su objetivo principal será la generación de leads a través de estrategias de marketing digital efectivas, asegurando una alineación eficiente con el equipo comercial para maximizar la conversión.
Responsabilidades- Ejecutar campañas de generación de leads
- Desarrollar y gestionar flujos de comunicación orientados a la atracción de prospectos calificados
- Desarrollar, gestionar y publicar contenidos en múltiples canales digitales (casos de éxito, estudios, entrevistas, campañas, entre otros) con foco en generación de leads
- Optimizar el uso de formularios, CTAs y landing pages para maximizar la tasa de conversión
- Diseñar y llevar a cabo acciones necesarias para convertir MQLs en SQLs
- Iterar sobre campañas que no estén generando el impacto esperado
- Gestionar la ejecución de activaciones y eventos presenciales y virtuales desde la planificación hasta el post-acción (producción y logística de cada activación, incluyendo agenda, materiales, registros e invitaciones)
- Implementar y supervisar las campañas de difusión previas y posteriores (email marketing, redes sociales, partners, etc.)
- Administrar la base de inscriptos y convertirlos a MQLs
- Dar soporte en la coordinación de proveedores y aliados estratégicos involucrados en las activaciones
- ≥3 años de experiencia en marketing digital B2B con enfoque en conversión y adquisición de leads, en empresas del sector digital
- Dominio de herramientas de analítica y seguimiento de performance (Google Analytics, LinkedIn, métricas de canales digitales)
- Experiencia en estrategias de distribución de contenido en canales digitales
- Pensamiento creativo y estratégico para la creación de contenido atractivo y efectivo
- SEO, SEM y estrategias de content marketing
- Herramientas de automatización de marketing (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign)
- Analítica digital (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, métricas de conversión)
