Responsibilities

As a Commerce Creator Management Lead, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Developing and executing a comprehensive Affiliate Program strategy to drive creator and content growth.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance creators' experience on TikTok, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing campaigns and initiatives to support creators.
  3. Hiring and coaching top talent to join our team.
  4. Navigating ambiguity and adapting to frequent changes, influencing key stakeholders, and driving results.
  5. Decomposing complex problems, devising new approaches, and creating scalable solutions to drive creator growth and commerce success.
  6. Developing and executing a long-term creator development strategy to grow commerce creator scale and business within the market.
  7. Building and improving internal processes to support partner and creator growth across all categories.
  8. Increasing creator business awareness by showcasing successful case studies and amplifying creator success stories.
  9. Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive creator and partner partnerships, supporting creator revenue growth.
  10. Attending partner meetings to improve partner awareness of the creator network and support adoption of creator activities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree or above with 4 years of experience in content-based platforms.
  2. Strong connections with creators and creator agencies.
  3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  4. Experience in managing diverse teams and driving results.
  5. Fluency in English and Portuguese, with strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  1. Experience in commerce, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Excellent logical analysis ability and data sensitivity.
