ResponsibilitiesAs a Commerce Creator Management Lead, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive Affiliate Program strategy to drive creator and content growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance creators' experience on TikTok, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing campaigns and initiatives to support creators.
- Hiring and coaching top talent to join our team.
- Navigating ambiguity and adapting to frequent changes, influencing key stakeholders, and driving results.
- Decomposing complex problems, devising new approaches, and creating scalable solutions to drive creator growth and commerce success.
- Developing and executing a long-term creator development strategy to grow commerce creator scale and business within the market.
- Building and improving internal processes to support partner and creator growth across all categories.
- Increasing creator business awareness by showcasing successful case studies and amplifying creator success stories.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive creator and partner partnerships, supporting creator revenue growth.
- Attending partner meetings to improve partner awareness of the creator network and support adoption of creator activities.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or above with 4 years of experience in content-based platforms.
- Strong connections with creators and creator agencies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing diverse teams and driving results.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
We're looking for candidates with:
- Experience in commerce, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent logical analysis ability and data sensitivity.
