About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Audiology Support Specialist to join our team at WSAudiology. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hearing centers and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, responding to requests for assistance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Manage and allocate new IT requests, working closely with vendors and internal IT staff to resolve trouble tickets.
  3. Utilize our ticketing system and inventory management system for communication and documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  4. Perform administrative duties, including purchasing supplies and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  5. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by IT management.

Requirements

  1. Excellent interpersonal and social skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  2. Strong interest in learning new skills and technologies.
  3. Excellent customer service and team-based work mindset, with a positive attitude.
  4. Previous IT support, administrative, or customer service work experience preferred.
  5. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including O365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
