Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Audiology Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, email, and ticketing systems.
- Create and manage new IT requests, working closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Utilize our ticketing system and inventory management tools to document and track requests.
- Manage open tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Report on Service Desk analytics to inform process improvements.
- Perform administrative duties and special projects as assigned by IT management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interest in learning new skills and technologies, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Excellent customer service and team-based work mindset, with a positive attitude and patience.
- Previous IT support, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including O365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and use new computer programs and applications.
- Able to work with close attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow procedures and respect confidentiality.
