- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention.
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
