Job Title: Experienced Culinary Assistant

A culinary role is available in a prestigious hospitality establishment.

As an experienced culinary assistant, you will support the kitchen team with food preparation, maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and learn from senior chefs to develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
  • Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs accurately.
  • Support different sections of the kitchen as required.
  • Evaluate inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized during and after service.

Requirements:

  • Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Good communication skills and a strong team ethic.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Basic food hygiene certificate.
