Operations Team Director

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to oversee and coordinate a team of experienced professionals in São Paulo. This hybrid role requires regular in-person presence at our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Tech Leadership: Collaborate with regulatory bodies, such as Anatel, to drive profitable global market access and new service expansion.
- Project Oversight: Lead project teams, define project scope, test plans, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality results.
- Training Development: Develop and implement training programs to support team capacity and quality of testing.
- Team Management: Manage team staff and contribute to revenue growth and cost management.
- Customer Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, communicate technical issues, and resolve customer concerns.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Physics from an accredited program.
- At least ten years of directly related work experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Active collaboration with regulator bodies and recognition as a technical expert desired.
