Job Summary

This leadership role focuses on developing and implementing comprehensive HR operations policies that align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR operations policies and SOPs that align with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Establish and implement a policy review system to ensure consistent application across business units.
  • Organize regular cross-department policy reviews to update policy frameworks in response to regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Guide the design and improvement of HR processes, focusing on efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR processes with business operations.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, defining clear workflows and guidelines for core activities.
  • Ensure seamless execution of HR policies, enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Promote change communication and empowerment training for HR teams and managers.
  • Implement audit and continuous improvement frameworks to assess HR operations quality.
Requirements
  • Director-level experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR operations policies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
