Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor junior support engineers to enhance their technical and troubleshooting expertise;
  • Serve as a role model for the team, removing obstacles and offering guidance to your colleagues;
  • Work to resolve complex customer issues;
  • Evaluate the team's training needs & KPIs and develop action plans in collaboration with the manager;
  • Contribute to global continuous improvement projects;
  • Influence product direction through customer feedback.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced English language skills (speaking, listening & writing);
  • Significant experience in a technical role/ IT industry/ highly technical environment preferred;
  • Comfortable with SQL;
  • Experience with Network technologies;
  • Experience with REST APIs (methods, status codes and etc);
  • Experience in using native browser development tools (Google Chrome Development Tools, Firefox, etc).
