Job Overview
">We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Software Development Manager to lead our engineering team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, provide strategic leadership, and drive initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead complex and multi-disciplinary projects, help the team with problem-solving by offering suggestions, technical guidelines, and feedback, ensure quality, performance, and security.
- Project Management: Ensure valuable deliveries, timeline, ceremonies, project metrics, remove blocks, manage risks, report project status, collect and apply lessons learned, propose changes to the existing SW development process to achieve better results.
- People Management: Evaluate employees, provide feedback, mentorship, and career direction, ensure processes are followed, improve productivity, technical, and soft skills, motivate the team.
- Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, take accountability to deliver software solutions, and get development team commitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with software development.
- Leadership experience in software development projects.
- Experience delivering software projects, management, building, and staffing of software development teams.
- Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies.
- Drive teams to innovate and deliver roadmap features with agility and high quality.
