Job Title: Payments Product Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our payments product development in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the user product design of payments
  • Conduct continuous user research and AB testing to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop strategies for effective user communication and engagement

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Experience in anti-fraud systems
  • Knowledge of financial transactions and payment systems
  • More than 3 years of experience in the payments industry
  • International background preferred
  • Strong personal growth willingness
  • Experience with PIX payment system
  • Knowledge of communication with the Brazilian central bank
