Ebury Global People Partner team is responsible for managing employee experience across the employment lifecycle, acting as an advisor to managers and employees. People Partners are the link between strategic plans and day-to-day people operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice, coaching, and support to managers and employees, looking for opportunities to improve employee experience and retention.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition, HRSSC, Global Business Services, and line managers to facilitate employee onboarding and ensure a positive induction experience.
  • Ensure employees receive a positive pay-day experience every month and provide support and guidance to management teams with ongoing performance management.
  • Manage offboarding processes respectfully, conducting exit interviews to learn more about how to improve working environments.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HRBP or junior HR advisory roles, preferably in fast-paced, complex organisations.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian employment legislation and its practical application in business environments.
  • Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of business operations and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels of organisations.
  • Solutions-oriented approach with proven track records of delivering results and handling complex HR matters.
  • Experience with HR analytics and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Experience managing monthly Payroll inputs to ensure that employees receive positive pay-day experiences.
  • Experience in international or multi-site environments.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese.
