Immersive VR Shopping Experience Leader

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the vision for immersive VR shopping experiences. This role requires strong knowledge of Unity, C#, 3D modeling, animations, avatars, and cloud-based AI/ML solutions on AWS.

This position entails leading the technical strategy, overseeing integration of 3D assets and avatar animations into Unity, ensuring seamless interactions and engaging experiences. Additionally, it involves collaborating with back-end engineers to integrate Node.js and Python-based services into Unity solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving adoption of AWS AI/ML services (Bedrock, Lex, Lambda, Polly) for automation, real-time interactions, and scalability. Furthermore, they will establish and enforce best practices for coding standards, architecture, security, and performance.

Key qualifications include proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Unity Developer, strong expertise in Unity (C#), advanced knowledge of 3D modeling, animations, avatars, and Unity animation systems, as well as experience with back-end development (Node.js, Python).

  • Strong understanding of VR/AR technology and its applications in retail.
  • Experience with AWS services (Bedrock, Lex, Lambda, Polly) and NLP-based solutions.
  • Ability to define technical architecture and ensure scalability and performance in real-time applications.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
