Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to provide local support to managers and employees. This role will serve as the first point-of-contact for HR-related questions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in employment life cycle from hiring to exit, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and payroll.
  • Collaborate with the worldwide HR network to deliver best-in-class support for the business.
Requirements:

This position requires a university degree in administration, psychology, or equivalent, along with at least twelve years of work experience within Human Resources.

  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in handling payroll and proficiency in using different HR systems are strong advantages.
