We are seeking a seasoned Market Strategist to join our People Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive impactful human resources initiatives and make a significant difference in the remarkable talent that makes up our workforce.


About the Role
  • This role involves developing and driving market HR plans, ensuring alignment with country-level objectives.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional partners to mitigate risk and support high-priority initiatives.
  • Your primary focus will be on contributing to the deployment of country-focused HR programs and initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of HR Business Partner or Generalist experience, with expertise in implementing Human Resources strategies that improve recruitment, retention, development, mobility, and culture.
  • Excellent project management skills, delivery, and change management abilities.

As a Market Strategist, you will be an advocate for our organization's culture and values, partnering with business leaders to build their organizations and ensure people decisions are data-driven. You will navigate employee relations issues, manage programs that develop our employees, and be focused on putting them first.


The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven approach to reinvent the human resources field, contributing to a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive workplace through hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.
