Business Intelligence Assistant Role

We are seeking an exceptional Business Intelligence Assistant to play a critical role in supporting our Supply Chain forecasting and execution process improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret, and draw conclusions from data. Additionally, experience in Supply Chain planning, including S&OP, Data Analytics, BI, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Operations and Business teams to develop accurate forecasts, considering YoY and WoW growth, current trends, promotions, seasonality, and holidays.
  • Develop and manage controls on inbound, outbound, and inventory balancing execution, ensuring accuracy versus planned volumes per Fulfillment Center (FC).
  • Implement quality and productivity metrics, driving supply chain execution process improvements.
  • Support inventory balancing and transfers by generating FC-level forecasts based on sort type/product line restrictions, capacity constraints, and inventory planning.
  • Collaborate with FCs to provide timely and accurate visibility for operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • English business proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key trends and insights.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, detail-oriented, organized, and quick learner.
  • Experience in Supply Chain planning, including S&OP, Data Analytics, BI, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Management.
