Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with various laboratory instruments including network analyzers, signal generators, and call boxes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct testing and validation of cellular test cases in both laboratory and field environments.
  • Develop and implement validation plans for unique features.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marginal or failed tests.
  • Ensure the integrity of test setups through regular maintenance and calibration.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient knowledge of antenna design and experience with antenna testing, wave propagation, and TEM cell chambers.
  • Familiarity with various wireless communication systems, including UMTS, LTE, and 5G technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to logically approach debugging processes.
  • Programming experience in Python or similar languages is advantageous.

Additional Information:
We prefer candidates who are currently residing in Japan and possess a valid work visa.
