Business Finance Reconciliation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting our accounting and reporting functions with reconciliation of customer funds and cost of sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile customer funds and cost of sales with good understanding of accounting principles and processes.
- Analyze and solve differences in customer funds and cost of sales to gain a deep understanding of financial processes.
- Improve the quality and speed of internal customer funds and cost of sales analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial controls and KPIs.
- Respond to account manager inquiries related to reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics, or minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance. Proficiency in English is essential, and Spanish proficiency is desirable. The ability to work within fixed and short timeframes, especially during month-end closure, is also crucial.
