About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Commercial Team as an Account Executive. This role will be responsible for selling our marketing automation software to e-retailers working on the later stages of the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Account Management: Present, promote, and sell our products and services to prospective customers, establishing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
  • Product Demos and Presentations: Conduct product demos over Face-to-Face or virtual meetings, showcasing the value our solutions add to our clients' businesses.
  • Lead Nurturing and Handover: Work closely with our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to ensure successful handover of leads from the initial stages of the lead nurturing process towards actual selling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Upsell existing clients in cooperation with our Customer Success team, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance and Reporting: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments (Customer Success, Product, Finance). Keep our Sales CRM fully updated, analyzing the territory/market's potential, tracking sales, and status reports.
  • Market and Customer Insights: Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services, staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Software Sales or 3-4 years relevant work experience in B2B sales or account management roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Past experience within Digital Marketing/E-Commerce or SaaS will be strongly preferred.
  • Language Skills: Excellent oral and written English language skills.
  • CRM Experience: Experience working with sales CRM (ours is Pipedrive).
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate professionally in a fast-paced environment both orally and written.
