Job DescriptionThe Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful testing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, automated testing tools, and best practices. They should be able to write clear, concise test cases, provide input on software design to improve testability, reliability, and performance, and mentor junior team members in both manual and automated testing techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in test automation for web, backend, and/or API testing.
- Proficiency in one or more test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, Postman).
- Solid experience writing test scripts in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into DevOps workflows.
- Experience in GxP-regulated environments or highly regulated domains (preferred).

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will be an effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional agile teams. They should be able to provide input on software design to improve testability, reliability, and performance, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software products.
