Job Title: Associate Director of Creative, Acquisition

About the Role

This is a highly competitive opportunity to lead our creative team and drive the development of innovative ad campaigns. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing high-performing ad creatives for paid media campaigns across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and people management skills. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive business results.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of designers to create high-quality ad assets across various formats.
  • Provide creative direction, feedback, and career support to team members.
  • Oversee the quality of ad creatives to ensure they align with brand identity, platform best practices, and campaign objectives.
  • Partner with performance marketers and strategists to develop and iterate on high-performing ad campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of senior-level design experience, with a proven track record of designing high-performing ad creatives.
  • Strong knowledge of integrating AI software into workflows to increase efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Familiarity with motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere) and UGC creators and editors is a plus.
