Lead Kinaxis Solution Designer

This role focuses on designing, delivering, and deploying integrated solutions centered around Kinaxis. A key objective is to lead the design and development of Kinaxis-related projects, enhancements, and changes undertaken by the organization.
- Expertise in Kinaxis Solutions: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Kinaxis solution footprint, focusing on Demand and Supply planning processes to drive effective solution delivery.
- Leadership in Deliverables: Take the lead in defining and delivering Kinaxis solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Solution Design Facilitation: Lead and facilitate solution design sessions, conducting As-Is process analysis and To-Be design discussions.
- Functional Specifications Development: Create, review, and enhance functional specifications and design documents specifically for Kinaxis deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Kinaxis solutions for Demand and Supply planning within large global manufacturers or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies.
Key qualifications include exceptional leadership skills, deep knowledge of the Kinaxis solution, and ability to facilitate collaborative solution design sessions. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Experience in creating high-quality functional specifications and design documents is also highly valued.
