Key Role in Trade Lifecycle Management

The Opportunity

As a pivotal member of our trade lifecycle management team, you will serve as the primary operational point of contact for institutional clients across the Americas.

Responsibilities include handling client inquiries on account setup, funding, trade status, and platform usage. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to resolve client requests promptly.

You will support client onboarding (Know Your Customer), including documentation, operational setup, and platform access. Additionally, you will track and manage client issues, ensuring visibility, ownership, and timely resolution within Service Level Agreements.

A proactive approach to monitoring client activity and system alerts is necessary to escalate potential issues. Furthermore, you will document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases and playbooks.

Effective collaboration with Sales and Relationship Management teams is crucial to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in back-office, middle-office, or operations roles within a financial institution.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A deep understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and clearing mechanisms across asset classes.
  • Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools, custodians, and clearing houses.
  • An analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and client-centric orientation.
Work Environment

Based in São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid work arrangement).
