About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trading & Operations Specialist to join our team in São Paulo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our institutional clients across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide trade execution and platform functionality support;
  • Act as a technical liaison for sales and relationship management teams;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FIX/API integrations, account setup, market access, and trade flows;
  • Monitor and manage trade exceptions and escalations in real-time;
  • Work closely with global teams (technology, compliance, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across all asset classes (equities, fixed income, ETFs, fractional products, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in trading support, electronic trading, or operations role at a broker-dealer, fintech, or trading platform;
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, execution workflows, and electronic trading systems (FIX, APIs, OMS/EMS);
  • Strong experience in equities and fixed income trading;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset;
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken).
