This role is located at our Bauru, SP Brazil office.

The Role:

\

This Administrative Assistant will support the Implementation team by carrying out key administrative functions during the customer implementation process.

\

Responsibilities:

\
  • Manage internal ticketing system for Customer Access, taking timely action on all login needs.\
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely systems access.\
  • Set up and test EMR/PM systems and customer payer portals during implementation and post-implementation.\
  • Review logins for proper permissions.\
  • Work collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure efficient and accurate set-up of logins.\
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on login needs and/or roadblocks during implementation to ensure timely completion.\
  • Complete insurance billing system set-up and Medicare billing portals access for customers, timely and accurately.\
  • Serve as a liaison between Billing, Order Intake, Implementation, and Systems Infrastructure teams on system login requests or issues.\
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Implementation, with guidance from the Growth Operations Specialist.

Requirements:

\
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.\
  • Intermediate English level required (read/write/speak).\
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.\
  • Healthcare experience preferred.\
  • No travel required.\
  • The ability to work in-office at least 3 days per week.
