O Diretor de Sales Excellence terá, dentre suas responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar as atividades de Governança de Vendas em todos os níveis, monitorando e apoiando o desempenho nas principais métricas de Excelência em Vendas na América Latina.
  • Colaborar com a equipe global de Excelência em Vendas e partes interessadas para definir e alinhar indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs) na área de Excelência da Força de Vendas.
  • Fornecer treinamento em habilidades de vendas para as equipes de vendas nas regiões.
  • Garantir o monitoramento contínuo e a revisão regular dos KPIs de excelência da força de vendas, apoiando os países na conquista dos objetivos estabelecidos.
  • Representar os países da América Latina em nível global, coordenando a implementação de iniciativas globais de excelência em vendas e alinhando as necessidades locais com as equipes globais.
