The Work You'll DoThe Product Owner ensures that market and product requirements are reflected and implemented in a finished product. This inward-facing role is the main liaison between product marketing, product management, and the engineering team.
Responsibilities- Translate product strategy into actionable requirements for the engineering team.
- Prioritize features that maximize business value aligned with the product roadmap.
- Create and maintain product requirements documentation, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from conception through testing and release.
- Capture user feedback and manage bug fixes and product improvements.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related fields.
- A strong understanding of Agile methodology and success in the Product Owner role.
- Ability to balance analytical thinking with intuitive decision-making and willingness to make difficult decisions when necessary.
- Experience mentoring teams and effectively prioritizing work to maximize business outcomes.
