**Job Title: Product Development Strategist**

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our product development department, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our consumer products and promotions.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the entertainment industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing licensed merchandise strategies that promote our titles and build them into long-term franchises, shaping the cultural zeitgeist.

You will assist in executing new business development pitches and identifying scalable opportunities for impactful engagement. You will collaborate closely with Merchandise Strategy teams to develop and update strategies for Global and local titles.

Your responsibilities will also include working with Finance and ops teams to execute the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting, and budget process.

You will manage daily tactical business needs, including contracts, NDA's, and approvals with producers and partners.

You will develop detailed post-mortem agendas for licensed programs and coordinate cross-franchise and category programs.

You will support the licensing manager in coordinating sales/retailers presentations and collaborate with agencies on product pitches.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education in a related field or equivalent work experience.

You should have at least 7 years of experience in the licensing industry, with a proven track record of working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will analyze data and make recommendations to achieve business targets. You should be proficient in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

You will have a strong understanding of digital, social, and brick-and-mortar marketing. You should have excellent planning and organizational skills.

You will be an effective multitasker with excellent prioritization skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

You must have impeccable written and spoken English communication skills.

Prior experience in pop culture and entertainment is highly desirable.

This is a contract or full-time position with a competitive salary of R$16,000.00 per month.
