Product Development Strategist
As a key member of our product team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by translating market requirements into actionable product strategies. Your expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market insights and define product roadmaps
- Develop and maintain product requirements documentation, user stories, and functional specifications
- Lead the product backlog management process, prioritizing features for maximum business value
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle, providing regular updates on progress and changes
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in product management, business analysis, or related field, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and proven success in Product Owner roles
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance technical and business considerations
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to mentor teams and prioritize work to maximize business outcomes
