In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our software solutions. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation strategies, implement CI/CD pipelines, improve observability, and manage incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and track metrics to measure the reliability of our software solutions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform daily technical tasks to ensure the availability, stability, and security of our applications and deployments.
  • Support the patching and upgrading of applications and operating systems in our environment.
  • Collaborate with cloud experts to design and implement cloud architectures and AWS services roadmaps.
  • Document technical requirements for new services or service enhancements.
  • Advise on technology decisions and provide estimates for service implementation.
  • Review proposals from a technical perspective, considering feasibility, practicality, and solution costs.
  • Support the overall architecture design and implementation, ensuring it meets requirements and performance goals.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • AWS and Azure certifications are desirable.
  • 3-7 years of experience in IT in large multinational companies.
  • Proficiency in software engineering, DevOps, and operations automation using continuous integration/continuous deployment tools.
  • Experience in configuration management, infrastructure as code (GitLab, Ansible, Jenkins, Cloudformation, Terraform, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS solutions and 2-5 years of experience deploying AWS solutions in complex environments (multi-regions, high availability, scalable, etc.).
  • Practical programming and scripting experience with relevant technologies such as Python, Cloudformation, Terraform.
  • Demonstrated experience in Lambda development to automate operations.
  • Experience in AWS cost optimization.
  • Experience with observability, monitoring, and alerting.
